Hand held shower heads are especially useful in directing the flow of water onto your erogenous zones. Find a comfortable position, either sitting, laying or even standing in the shower, make sure the temperature of the water is comfortable, then begin experimenting with directing the flow of water onto different points of the vagina. You may find a direct stream onto the clitoris to be exciting or you may prefer a flutter of water over the vaginal lips. Don't focus all of your attention on your vagina, however, as the sensations caused by the stream of water hitting other parts of your body may be stimulating as well. It's best to experiment a little with bath tub fun as well and find out what works best for you.
